Milk Crates and Plywood

Milk Crates and Plywood by the Psycho-del-Hics Back in the day, sometime around the year 2000 Stick used to play with the wierd guy Adam Z. They would jam in Stick's shack. Sometimes the would eat acid or mushrooms or I think ecstacy one time, and lock themselves in that little shack and jam all night. These jam sessions were lovingly known as The Pimp Light jams. Well one night during a jam they decided to form a band focusing mainly on country type songs called The Psyco-del-Hics. They made a recoding at this studio where Stick worked. The guy who owned the studio acted like he was gonna do it for free, since Sticked worked for free most of the time. Then at the end of the day, the guy tried to charge us like $150. We were like fuck that. And we thought the tapes we're lost forever. Then, Stick's mom starting dating the guy that owned the studio. So when no one was looking one night, Stick made a quick CD-R copy of the sessions and then quickly moved to Florida. We named the song and sessions Milk Crates and Plywood because Stick's mom used to decorate her house with basically some milk crates and plywood. It actually wasn't a bad little system for someone who moves around a lot.
